In a dystopian future where the Japanese government is cracking down on perceived immoral activities by forcing all citizens to wear high-tech devices that analyze their spoken words and hand motions, Blue Snow and her erotic terrorist group, SOX, rise up against the stiff authority of the oppressive Decency Squad, entangling Tanukichi Okuma, son of an imprisoned erotic terrorist, in a plot to spread pornographic material and destroy the country's leading elite "public morals school."
