Text of papal bull dated and signed on leaf [3] verso: Datum Romae ex aedibus nostris anno a nativitate Domini nostri Jesu Chriti [sic] millesimo sexentessimo septuagesimo quatro, indictione duodecima, die vero decima mensis februarii, ponitificatus autem santissimi in Christo Patris, et Domini nostri Domini Clementis divina providentia Papae Decimi, anno quatro. It is certifed in Spanish on leaf [4] recto: "Madrid ̐a doce de marzo de mil seiscientos setenta y cinco anos. Don Pedro Lopez de Echaburu", followed by "En la ciudad de Lima reyno del Perú en tres de julio de mil setecientos y sesenta y nueve años. Felipe José Xarava" on leaf [4] verso.

"Real cedula", leaf [5] recto-[8] verso, has separate caption title, and is dated and signed on leaf [8] recto: Fecha en San Ildefonso á veinte y cinco de agosto de mil setecientos y sesenta y tres. Yo el rey. Por mandado del rey nuestro señor. Don Juan Manuel Crespo, and is certified on leaf [8] verso: "En la ciudad de Lima reyno del Perú en tres de junio de mil seteciento; y sesenta y nueve años. Felipe José Xavara, escribano público y de provincia"

Both the papal bull and the real cédula regard a crack down on confraternities without papal or royal permission.
