The makeup of this ed. follows Tooley 431, save for the absence of Tooley plates 11 and 15, the appearance of Tooley plates 10 and 14 at pages 114 and 176, and the inclusion of an untitled plate (Tooley 11?) at p. 210. In each case the plates relate to the text at the page of insertion.
