First printed under the initials W.S., hence ascribed to Shakespeare and included in the their folio 1664; atributed also to Wentworth Smith or Charles Tilney.

Probably from the 9 volume edition of Shakespeare printed by Jacob Tonson, 1714. "This edition was sold also as separate plays, with the anonymous legend at foot of each title: "Printed in the year MDCCXIV"."--Jaggard.
