"The silver-gelatin prints were printed by David Halliday, New Orleans, Louisiana. John Wood's essay was composed in Monotype Walbaum by Michael & Winifred Bixler, Skaneateles, New York. The typography and presswork are by Michael Russem at Kat Ran Press, Florence, Massachusetts. The paper is Arches. The edition was hand-bound by Mark Tomlinson, Easthampton, Massachusetts. All work was carried out in the summer of 2003"--Colophon.
