Vols. 1-2 are reprints retaining printer statement and date 1762 from 1st ed.; actually printed by William Pratt, probably early in 1763. Vol. 3 has imprint: Strawberry-Hill : Printed in the year MDCCLXIII. Vol 4, published in 1780, has imprint: Strawberry-Hill : Printed by Thomas Kirgate, MDCCLXXI.
