Published in Zaragoza? Anonymous preface "Benevole lector" (p. [2]) strongly attacks those who wouldn't accept the decision of the Rota printed here in pamphlet form, with phrases deemed crucial typographically emphasized.
The decision appears to conclude, in the petitioners' favor, a protracted (since 1620?) fight of the church and chapter of Nuestra Señora del Pilar (Church : Zaragoza, Spain). for recognition of its status as Cathedral, alongside the archiepiscopal church of S. Salvator.
