"The majority of the plates were relief printed on a Vandercook 219 printing press in the East Hampton print shop of the High Tide Press by John Ross, as was the type. ... The text and captions ... by Kent LeFebvre of Signs Plus in Holyoke. Binding is executed by James DiMarcantonio of the Hope Bindery in Providence. Textiles were assembled by Valerie Justin of the Pillowry in New York and California. The edition is 14 copies."--Colophon.
