Added t.-p., engraved and illustrated, reads: The grave, a poem. Illustrated by twelve etchings executed by Louis Schiavonetti, from the original inventions of William Blake.

Portrait of Blake (by T. Phillips) and dedication to the Queen, by Blake.

List of subscribers (6 p.); advertisement by R.H. Cromek, and remarks on the designs by Henry Fuseli. The plates are not arranged in the order of the list given at the end; the engraved t.-p. forms one of the twelve.

Pages 1-8 misplaced between 16 and 17.
