Edition originale, 1914. La présente édition intégrale a été établie d'après le manuscrit conservé par Marie, la soeur de l'auteur. Rappelons que les éditions antérieures reposaient sur le texte "censuré" publié par "Le Temps", puis revu et "corrigé" en 1916 par J.A. LeFebvre.
