This work is a first exploration of green crime in Mexico that offers a unique critique of current environmental problems. Written by a wide range of scholars and professionals from various disciplines, this work exposes corruption, power and lack of respect for the environment through detailed and suggestive case studies. The chapters are grouped into four categories: environmental degradation, social and environmental justice, wildlife trade and non-compliance with environmental obligations, exposed in the light of rigorous original research.
