Visual artist Magela Ferrero (Maria de los Ángeles Ferrero Sosa Diaz, Montevideo 1966) stands out for her photographic installations and interventions. She is also a writer and singer. She started in photography in 1987 and uses surrealist type overlays in her analog photographs and those already developed she intervenes with painting, collage, words, scratches, poems of her authorship, legible and illegible texts. Her images allude directly to human nature and in particular to women.
