Each drawing is accompanied by a quotation of Lahren's covering topics including social justice "snowflakes," being a Republican, praying, and Black Lives Matter. There are screenshots of one of Lahren's tweets about impeaching Donald Trump, and tweets in response. The front cover includes hand-written text in a Gothic-style typeface, and the back cover includes a collage with many small photographs of Lahren's head.
