Colophon: Here ends the treatise of the summoning of Everyman, imprinted after the text as edited by Frank Sidgwick, by kind permission of Messrs. Sidgwick and Jackson, ltd., in the Riccardi press fount, by Charles T. Jacobi. The illustrations and the title-page are by John H. Amschewitz. The book is published for the Medici society, ltd., by Philip Lee Warner, at vii Grafton street, Bond street, London, W. MDCCCCXI.
