First published in 1884 according to Die Musik in Geschichte und Gegenwart (s.v. Weckerlin); cf. NUC pre-56 NW0144032, though the copy there described, as here with "Plon-Nourrit" imprint, must be from later issue than copies with "E. Plon, Nourrit" imprint.

Signatures: [1]-[3]⁸

Binding: Calico, small flowers with white petals and green centers on a red ground; front cover title in black, with wildflower decoration (unsigned) and imprint in silver; cream laid endpapers; all edges blue; red silk tie.
