Caption title: "At a meeting of the inhabitants of Washington County, in the Mississippi territory, at the Court house, in the town of Wakefield, on the 8th of Sept. 1807; in consequence of the attack by the British ship of war Leopard, on the United States frigate Chesapeake, the following declaration of the sentiments of the meeting was unanimously adopted."
