The book I have was published in 1763. It consists of 422 pages, 4 leaves inserted at front. Flyleaf, 2 tipped-in illustration 3 title page, 4a publisher's note, conjecturally, 4b note from Rabener's patron, conjectually, [1a] title page of preface to sixth edition, [2a-[A1b] preface to the sixth edition, [A2a]-[B7b]---Okay--I don't know if this is the kind of thing you are looking for--I can give you the rest of the information if you like.
