Of the five novels of the title, three are by Theodosius II (De postulando & de perpetuanda advocatione, Ne curialis ad senatoriam dignitatem, De competitionibus) and two by Valentinian III (both De indulgentiis reliquorum).
The "Lex Romana, seu Responsum Papiani, Theoderici Francorum regis jussu editum" (half t.p., p. [131], text p. 133-295) is actually the 6th-cent. code known as Lex Romana Burgundionum.
Signatures: A⁴ b-n⁴ ²A-2O⁴ 2P-2X².
Title page printed in black and red; engraved t.p. vignette has portrait medaillons of the two emperors.
