Oliver Johnson says that moving to New York put an end to his "operations as a printer." Pecuniary reasons compelled him to take his present position. He sold his printing equipment to Andrews, Prentiss & Studley, the price paid in printed matter. He solicits Maria Weston Chapman to give them the job of printing the Liberty Bell. He praises S.H. Gay
