If you really want to get the best from Daniel's description, the above expert said it was best to read the early editions.

Then to p7 for the start of the first 2 chapters, - p38 might as well enjoy the beginning of ch 3.
Currently the British Museum is liberating much of its stack, look for their version of vol I 1724, Vol II 1725 and volume III 1727.
G. D. H. Cole's chapters link with a reprint of the first edition which was published by Mr. Peter Davies.
