Thomas Betterton's stage version (Folger Shakespeare card catalog)
There are at least three different settings of type for this title. In this edition, the following signature marks are directly beneath the identified characters (a space is represented by $): B2 tion; C2 t$bo; H1 th; L2 cold. In this edition, "London" in the imprint is followed by a colon, rather than a full-stop; p. 1 is numbered; p. 1, line 15, has ".. twelve: get .."; the last line on p. 1 ends "Barnardo"

"To the reader: this play being too long to be conveniently acted, such places as might be least prejudicial to the plot or sense, are left out upon the stage, but that we may no way wrong the incomparable author, are here inserted according to the original copy with this mark."--Leaf [A]2
