500 $aEdition of a recently discovered manuscript (now at Trinity College Library, Dublin, shelfmark 10810) which contains the text of a Medieval monastic constitution, the only known copy of this particular version. Although the heading of the manuscript refers to the Premonstratensian order, there is nothing in the text of the constitution itself to connect it with the Premonstratensians. The constitution was probably written around 1200 A.D. for a monastery or monasteries following the Rule of St. Augustine.
