After surveying some relevant cases throughout the history of the US, Mexico, South America, and the English colonies, he makes some further arguments for immediate emancipation. Some newspaper clippings are inserted. An accompanying 4-page leaf contains a chronology of the abolishment of slave-trade and related events from 1772 to 1836.
