Johnson informs Garrison that James Miller M'Kim has announced that the meeting (of the Pennsylvania Anti-Slavery Society) will take place in West Chester, Pennsylvania, on December 24-25, and that he (Johnson) and Mary Anne will accompany Garrison from New York City to the meeting. Johnson states that should Garrison accept Joseph Dugdale's invitation to Longwood, he will see Garrison there, and wish that Garrison should see his family farm during his stay.
