Paid subscribers to the Anti-Slavery Bugle will be supplied with the Standard. William Lloyd Garrison trusts that Oliver Johnson will stay on as editor until a competent successor is found. There has been some criticism of the appearance of the American flag in the Standard. It should be withdrawn.
