Barry, advocates that community colleges become equal partners with the baccalaureate institutions in articulation efforts. The fourth article, "Accreditation and Transfer: Mitigating Elitism," by Carolyn Prager, suggests that the two-year college needs to become a more active partner in accreditation in order to improve transfer.
