500 $a"This first edition of Malcolm Miller's poems was produced entirely in Montreal, Canada during the spring and summer of 1969. Design and typography are by Robert R. Reid. It was typeset by VIP Graphics, printed by Robert Thoms and Company and bound by Montreal Bindery Service Limited. Rolland paper used throughout. It exists in 1,000 copies divided as follows: 1) a paperback edition of 700 on Zephyr Antique Book with covers of Husky Coated Cover; 2) a linen bound edition of 300 on Laurentic Japan with jackets of Ropaco Offset, of which 3) 100 numbered copies include eight original hand-silk screen paintings by Artscraft Design." page 63.
