520 $aDeluxe edition consisting of 40 pen drawings made by architect from Madrid, Jos Mara Plaza Escriv. Each of the drawings depicts buildings (or details) from the Jesuit reductions of Sete Povos. The edition includes an historical text about the reductions, by historian and anthropologist Pedro Ignacio Schmitz, as well as an analysis of the music produced there at the time, by researcher Dcio Andreotti. Accompaning CD entitled "Music in the Jesuit Reductions (1691-1767)", includes pieces played by music in the Capilla Musical of Pamplona cathedral, conducted by Aurelio Sagaseta. The book was curated and organized by doctor Maria Carolina dos Santos Rocha, from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (Ufrgs).
