The paper was made at the Kaldewey Press in Poestenkill, New York. 45 copies are bound in paper over board. 12 deluxe copies with an extra suite ot[sic] the illustrations are bound in leather from Japan. All bindings are made by Cornelia Ahnert of Chemnitz in Germany. Each copy is signed by the author and the printer."
