520 $aThe fourth juried, international program for contemporary art in Bolivia. The Unión Latina Grand Prize of the fourth version of the International Art Biennial (SIArt-Bolivia 2005) went to the work entitled "Pelota", by the Bolivian artist Douglas Rodrigo Rada. Pelota is a work composed of the digital video of 9 seconds of duration and by a helmet made in the technique of transformed object. The Qualifying Jury was composed of the following people: Corentin Hamel (France), Konrad Karsten (Germany), Carlos Palma (Peru), Miguel Gonzales (Colombia) y Ramiro Garabito (Bolivia). The International Art Biennial SIART was created in 1999 initially as an International Art Salon, and it is from 2005 that it takes the new direction to International Art Biennial.
