The primary text face, Carolee, was designed by Russell Maret and printed from photopolymer plates. The titles are set in Felix Titling, which is based on the geometric alphabet drawn by Felice Feliciano c.1463. The four-color work was printed by Publicide, the photographs by Adorama. The cover design was adapted from an ornament designed and punch cut by Carolee Campbell. The binding was designed and executed by Any Borezo at Shelter Bookworks."--Colophon.

They are printed on a special making of Twinrocker Handmade Paper with a selectionof vintage papers peppered throughout. Twenty-five copies are printed on Hahnemühle Gutenberg paper.
