880 $6520-00/$1$a作为近三十年来不断崛起的非国家行为体，众多国际NGO透过公益理念及发展工具对慈善资源进行再分配，极大地回应了全球范围内弱势群体的多元需求，同时对国际政治、跨国企业的运作逻辑产生了深刻影响。国际NGO 复杂多样，在增进人类福利的同时，给主权国家尤其是发展中国家、转型中国家以及社会主义国家的发展带来了一系列挑战。通过定量与定性分析，本书首次系统研究和回答了这些组织在中国境内的发展现状、合法性、与本土组织关系、公益供给等重大问题。当前，我国现行法规及政策尚存在不足，不能切实保障境外在华 NGO的合法权益，同时无法对之进行有效的规制和监管，以避免各种潜在风险。本书对此提出了针对境外在华NGO及政府相关部门的政策建议，呼吁尽快制定相关法规，将境外在华NGO纳入我国的法治化轨道。--$cFrom p. 4 of cover.
