The City of Washington fittingly has been selected for the world premiere engagement of the motion picutre ot the sensationally acclaimed hit, Robert E. Sherwood's Pulitzer prize play "Abe Lincoln in Illinois," with Raymond Massey. The producing staff: Produced by Max Gordon, directed by John Cromwell, screen play by Robert E. Sherwood, adaptation by Grover Jones based on the Pulitzer Prize play produced by the Playwrights' Company.
