Wrappers have collages of illustrated colored bond and coarse brown paper cutouts. Front wrapper depicts a hand holding lengths of orange emroidery floss that pass through a loop at the top of a bird cage holding a human heart. The author's name is on a tag that hangs freely from the other end of the floss.
