The funeral sermon has its own titlepage dated 1709.

Pt.2 entitled 'Bishop Atherton's case discuss'd: in a letter to the author of a late pamphlet, intitul'd, The case of John Atherton, .. fairly represented, .. To which is added, the relation of his penitent death and funeral sermon' is dated 1711, and has separate pagination and register.

Sometimes found with 'The case of sodomy'.
