Part of colophon reads, "Printed on a Vandercook press using Goudy Old Style types in edition of one hundred and fifty copies. Copies numbered 1 to 50 are printed on hand-made paper from the mill of A. F. Jones of Afonwen". According to pasted in corrigendum slips only 100 copies were issued due to the paper in the remaining copies being affected by "an amazing bacteria".
