On verso: N.B. The field and commissioned officers appointed to command said regiments and companies, are as follows, viz
Bristol supplies Hartford as possible place of printing; the firm of Hudson and Goodwin printed other official documents at Hartford in 1782. However, the broadside may also have been printed by Timothy Green at New London where other executive proclamations were printed at this time
