Testifying that Cooke drank the health of Dunbar in a private capacity only, and not of Dunbar as governor of the province. Signed and dated: Tuesday, 7th of May, 1734. at Boston. Samuel Waldo.

Followed by declarations signed by Ebenezer Holmes, Benjamin Pollard, and William Shirley, and a statement by Nathanael Green, j. pac., that Holmes and Pollard made an oath to the truth of their declarations.
