Concerning Great Britain's relations with Spain, with some thoughts about internal conditions in Britain and the American colonies. Addressed to the House of Lords.

At foot: It is proposed, that public prayers in all the religious assemblies in America, be every Lord's day devoutly offer'd up to heaven for the preservation of the inestimable life of the Earl of Chatham.

A textually and typographically identical copy of this speech was published in the February 1, 1771, issue of the New Hampshire gazette, printed at Portsmouth by Daniel and Robert Fowle.
