"Gastón Lelarge was born in France in 1861 and arrived in Colombia in 1890. In Colombia he was responsible for many important architectural works (over 40) principally in Bogotá and Cartegena. Some of the most noted are: la Capilla de las Hermanas de la Caridad de la Presentación, the Palacio Echeverri and the Hernández building, Palalcios de la Gobernación and Municipal Club Cartagena"--Provided by vendor.
