"... an edition of 195 copies. Of these, 135, bound in quarter cloth and patterned paper, constitute the Regular state of the edition, and 60, bound in quarter leather and patterned paper and accompanied in a slipcase by a signed proof of the frontispiece, the Deluxe. The type is Joanna, with Optima for display. The papers are Book White and Book Cream, both mouldmade wove papers from Zerkall Mill. The binding of the Regular copies is by the Rasmussen Bindery Ltd., and of the Deluxe by Simone Mynen. The book was designed and the type set by Crispin Elsted, who also assisted in printing the text. The engraving were all printed from the wood by Jan Elsted."--Cf. colophon.
