This is original research and was a doctoral dissertation written by Mildred McEhlinney Friedman in partial fullfillment of requirements toward her Ed.D earned in 1964. This follows the format of doctoral dissertations and includes introduction to the problem, literature review, structure of research and how it was conducted. How the instrument was developed is also presented and discussed.
The last two chapters are the data collection, interpretation and findings, and concludes with recommendations for future research.
This dissertation has been cited in numerous other literature reviews.
