MASS copy: Bound in red-brown bubble-grain cloth blocked in gold, black and blind. Upper cover blocked in gold and black with an illustration of flags and the Bible. Boards with bevelled edges. With light brown painted endpapers. With binder's ticket: "The Selwood Printing & BG Works Frome & London.". With ownership inscription dated 1913: "Ellis [Rodbry?] P. [Offel?]".
