Post Extension and replacement of asphalt cement with sulfur

An Introspective Prospect

First

There are times in our lives when the past seems to be so present it overwhelms us and the mundane suddenly seems so strange and foreign it is almost as if you are a stranger to your own home. In the town of Dallas, Texas in 1978 the U.S. Highway Adminstration phone NASA to inquire about United States space flights at night as local missions in low-altitude space. These unpublicized 'quick trips' as the NSA refers were 3-4 minute space flights not disclosed to cistern their moving of URANIUM P232, or non-destructive URANIUM, into low-altitudes over the earth atmosphere to study the effect if any it may have on local crops.
