Dated on p. [4] ... doy la presente en los Reyes del Perù à [treinta dias (in ms.)] del mes de septiembre de mil setecientos setenta, y nueve, and signed in holograph, Francisco Luque Escribano Publico.
Includes auto of 31 Mar. 1779 of Melchor Jacot Ortiz Rojano, regent of the Royal Audiencia of Lima, regarding his having been commissioned to manage the funds of the "Ramo de Penas de Camara, y gastos de Justicia de este Distrito."
