Publicado en septiembre de 1981, en este libro, del que hubo dos ediciones (10.000 y 5.000 copias), el autor anticipó dos años antes la acción terrorista del comunista Frente Patriótico Manuel Rodríguez (FPMR) contra el régimen militar, liderado por el general Augusto Pinochet. Este Aparato Militar del Partido Comunista de Chile (PCCh), fue organizado en Cuba al amparo de la dictadura de Fidel Castro. Sus miembros recibieron entrenamiento militar en La Habana y participaron como observadores en la lucha de los sandinistas contra la dictadura de Anastasio Somoza, en Nicaragua. Otros “comandantes” comunistas ya habían sido entrenados en Moscú durante el gobierno de Salvador Allende. Apoyado por documentación histórica del movimiento comunista internacional, análisis del comportamiento de los comunistas chilenos y proyecciones basadas en documentos de la Unión Soviética, se consignan en este libro las siguiente afirmaciones "El autor está convencido - garantizado por suficientes pruebas - que los comunistas en Chile ha pasado desde el comienzo de este año (1981) a la fase inicial de una extensa ofensiva ... las unidades armadas comunistas seguirán realizando actos terroristas". Los hechos posteriores así lo mostraron: el FPMR inicio sus acciones en diciembre de 1983 secuestrando al subdirector del diario gubernamental “La Nación” y, al cabo de nueve años y luego de atentados explosivos, asaltos, asesinatos de policías, internación de más de 100 toneladas de armas para la guerra popular con apoyo de la flota pesquera cubana e intento de asesinato de Pinochet, recién las terminó en abril de 1991, un año después de reiniciada la democracia, con el asesinato en abril del senador de centro-derecha Jaime Guzmán y el secuestro, en septiembre, de Cristián Edwards, hijo del poderoso empresario del periodismo chileno Agustín Edwards, y ejecutivo de uno de sus diarios, el más influyente del país, “El Mercurio”. El libro exhibe documentos de época e incluye dos kits de fotos: uno de escondites subterráneos de armas y otro de prisioneros en el centro de detención de “Ritoque”. También se hace una comparación fotográfica con los depósitos de armas bajo tierra y otras formas de ocultar pertrechos descubiertas a los Tupamaros en Uruguay.

Published in September 1981, in this book, of which there were two editions (10,000 and 5,000 copies), the author predicted two years before the communist terrorist action Manuel Rodriguez Patriotic Front (FPMR) against the military regime led by General Augusto Pinochet. The military apparatus of the Chilean Communist Party (CCP) was organized in Cuba under Fidel Castro's dictatorship. Its members received military training in Havana and participated as observers in the Sandinista struggle against the dictatorship of Anastasio Somoza in Nicaragua. Other "commanders" communists had already been trained in Moscow under President Salvador Allende. Supported by historical documentation of the international communist movement, analyzing the behavior of the Chilean Communists and projections based on documents of the Soviet Union, is entered in this book the following statements: "The author is convinced - guaranteed by sufficient evidence - that the Communists in Chile has passed since the beginning of this year (1981) to the initial phase of extensive offensive ... communist armed units will continue to terrorist acts". Subsequent events showed it: the FPMR started its activities in December 1983 kidnapping the deputy director of the government daily "The Nation" and, after nine years and then of bombings, robberies, murders of police, internment of more than 100 tons of weapons for war with popular support of the Cuban fishing fleet and attempted murder of Pinochet, recently completed in April of 1991, a year after democracy restarted with the April murder of center-right Senator Jaime Guzmán and abduction, in September, Cristian Edwards, son of the powerful businessman Agustín Edwards Chilean journalism, and executive of one of his diaries, the most influential country, "El Mercurio". The book displays documents of the time and includes two photo kits: one underground caches of weapons and other prisoners in the detention center "Ritoque." Also makes a comparison photo with underground arms caches and other forms of outdoor gear to hide Tupamaros in Uruguay.
