Breve ensayo publicado en octubre de 1981, en Santiago, Chile. Denuncia el potencial peligro del comunismo como doctrina siempre vigente, los comunistas como sus agentes y el Partido Comunista como su organización principal. Sobre la base de textos del líder de la revolución bolchevique en Rusia, Vladimir Lenin, difundidos por la Agencia de Prensa Novosti, de Moscú (“¡Liquidemos totalmente al Ejército regular! Lenin. La cuestión militar y el trabajo político en las Fuerzas Armadas") e instrucciones universalmente válidas y vigentes en el tiempo dadas por la Internacional Comunista (“El deber de propagar las ideas comunistas implica la necesidad absoluta de desarrollar una propaganda y una agitación sistemática entre las tropas. Donde la propaganda abierta sea difícil a causa de las leyes de excepción, debe desarrollarse ilegalmente”), el autor centra este trabajo en la tarea comunista de infiltrar a las Fuerzas Armadas de las naciones con sistemas democráticos representativos.
