Place and possible decade of publication from content. Could just as easily have appeared in the 1770s, however.
Signed at end: Doña Marcelina de las Cuentas y Sayas. Author's name probably apocryphal; loosely translated "de las Cuentas y Sayas" means "of Gossip and Petticoats," assuming punning was intended.

John Carter Brown Library copy is no. 15 of 67 items bound together in contemporary vellum in vol. with spine title "Varios papeles 22," beginning with ms. entitled Nomina de varios papeles contenidos en este volumen (Lima?, 1778?). Decorated and colored by hand.
Only known copy; the exemplar described by Medina is that now held by the John Carter Brown Library.
