"Texts and essays within Chinmoyism" - Interesting literary collection related to Sri Chinmoy's poetics.

A nice literary collection of different texts and studies by many different authors (Frost, Keats, Leopardi, Sri Aurobindo, Apollonios Rhodios, etc.) who, according to the editor and director, are somehow connected to the poetics of spiritual teacher and poet Sri Chinmoy. It also features some literary criticism, of a level I would define academic, or scholarly. Although the main language is Italian, it also contains quite a few English texts (with and without Italian translations). I also liked the iconographic section.

"Civiltà Letteraria would like to fill a void in the international publications pertaining to literary criticism: the lack of a space of coalescence for those texts and studies, in the literary and artistic world, related to the works and teachings of Sri Chinmoy. Civiltà Letteraria includes a selection of literary texts from the works of Sri Chinmoy (often appearing for the first time in Italian) with essays and studies related to them, an anthology of poetry and fiction inspired by the work of Sri Chinmoy, a choice of texts and studies, mostly classical, that for their intrinsic and literary qualities are related to the poetics of Sri Chinmoy."

"Civiltà Letteraria nasce per coprire un vuoto nel panorama internazionale delle pubblicazioni di lettere: la mancanza di uno spazio di coalescenza di quei testi e studi cognati alle opere e agli insegnamenti di Sri Chinmoy nel campo letterario e artistico.
