First-hand testimony of a doctor's fight to shed light on the toxicity of a drug once manufactured by Servier called benfluorex (trade name Mediator). The first subtitle of the book ("Combien de morts?" french for "How many dead?") was censored by french court decision at the request of Servier. Publisher subsequently changed the subtitle to "Sous-titre censuré" ("Censored subtitle").
